This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to your use of the Services, including the AI Features, and describes requirements and restrictions for acceptable use. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the agreement that governs your use of the Services, including the Vectary Terms of Service and any applicable Order Form (the "Agreement"), and may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Agreement. Any capitalized term not defined in this AUP has the meaning specified in the Agreement.
You may not use the Services, including the AI Features, for any purpose that is illegal or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws, regulations, or the Agreement, including:
• Enabling surveillance, tracking, monitoring, profiling, or behavioral analysis of individuals, groups, or environments.
• Performing biometric identification, biometric categorization, emotion recognition, or other analysis intended to identify, classify, infer sensitive characteristics of, or track real persons.
• Using the Services to exploit vulnerabilities of individuals or groups.
• Using the AI Features for purposes that require high-risk AI compliance under applicable AI regulations, including the EU AI Act.
• Using Outputs as the sole basis for decisions, designs, or actions in safety-critical systems, regulated industries, or any context where inaccuracies could result in physical harm, safety failure, or material risk.
You may not use the Services, including the AI Features, to create, upload, generate, submit, share, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited under the Agreement, including, without limitation:
• Sexually explicit content involving minors, whether or not any portion is AI-generated, or content that facilitates or promotes the exploitation or sexualization of minors, including grooming, nudity, or material designed to impersonate a minor.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, nude, or intimate content, including realistic or AI-generated depictions of real or identifiable persons in such a manner.
• User content that includes personal data, including images, likenesses, or other content showing real, identifiable persons, or sensitive personal information such as health information, biometric information, government identifiers, financial information, other regulated personal information, or other regulated data.
• Content that promotes or facilitates hate, harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual violence, human trafficking, exploitation, terrorism, violent extremism, real-world violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, phish, spam, manipulate public opinion, interfere with elections, or mislead the public about real persons, events, or matters of public concern.
• Content that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
The AI Features are designed solely for visualization, ideation, and concept development. They are not designed, validated, or certified for precision engineering, safety-critical, medical, biometric, or other regulated uses, or for applications requiring guaranteed accuracy, reliability, or compliance with technical or manufacturing standards.
You must ensure that all Inputs submitted to the AI Features comply with this AUP and the Agreement. You must not submit to the AI Features any confidential or proprietary information.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for some uses. You must not misrepresent them as real, measured, certified, or technically validated.
You must not use Outputs in engineering, manufacturing, medical, simulation, safety-critical, regulated, or other contexts where inaccuracies could result in physical, financial, safety, or regulatory harm without appropriate independent review, testing, and validation by qualified personnel and human oversight. You remain responsible for such validation before any real-world use.
If AI-generated or AI-modified content could reasonably be mistaken for real or non-AI content, you must clearly disclose to relevant viewers or recipients that it was generated using artificial intelligence, for example through labeling, caption, metadata, or other reasonably clear means. This obligation does not apply where the content and its context make the use of artificial intelligence reasonably clear to the intended audience, such as in product, architectural, or design visualizations where no realistic risk of misunderstanding exists.
Outputs may include metadata, markers, or other indicators identifying them as AI-generated. Where such indicators are present, you must not intentionally remove, obscure, or alter them.
You must not use the AI Features in a manner that exceeds or attempts to bypass applicable usage limits, credit limits, technical restrictions, or access controls, or that imposes an unreasonable load on the Services or any Third-Party AI Services.
Violation of this AUP may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the Services in accordance with the Agreement. Vectary may take reasonable action to address actual or suspected misuse or to comply with safety, legal, or regulatory requirements, including reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
